We inform you that for purposes related to the provision of the Service, WADI EL NILE ITALIA S.R.L. with headquarters in Milan, Piazzetta Umberto Giordano no. 2, processes the data provided by you, or acquired during the execution of the Service. The data controller is WADI EL NILE ITALIA S.R.L. in the person of the legal representative.

The data processing is carried out with procedures suitable to protect the user's confidentiality and consists in their collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, communication, dissemination, deletion, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the aforementioned activities.

In addition to the connected, instrumental and necessary purposes for the provision of the Service, data processing will be aimed at: a) communicating data to Companies performing necessary or instrumental functions for the operation of the Service. b) collecting data and information in general and particular about the User's orientations and preferences; sending information and commercial offers, also from third parties; sending advertising and informative material; carrying out commercial communications, also interactive; carrying out direct sales or placement activities of products or services; processing statistical studies and research on sales, customers, and other information, and eventually communicating them to third parties; ceding to third parties the data collected and processed for commercial purposes also for sale or attempted sale, or for all those commercial and/or statistical purposes permitted by law.

The user's consent to the processing of personal data is optional.

The processing of the user's data for the above-mentioned purposes will take place mainly through automated and computerized methods, always respecting the rules of confidentiality and security provided by law. The data will be stored for the legal terms at WADI EL NILE ITALIA S.R.L. and processed by employees and/or professionals appointed by it, who carry out the aforementioned activities under its direct supervision and responsibility. For this purpose, the data communicated by the user may be transmitted to external parties performing functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the Service.

We also inform you that, pursuant to EU Regulation No. 679/2016, the Customer has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing and can, according to the methods and within the limits provided by current legislation, request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, and know their origin, request their updating, rectification, integration, request deletion, transformation into anonymous form of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, and, more generally, exercise all the rights recognized by current laws.
